Eleanor Burns, as well as my mother, has been the reason that I got into quilting. I learn so much from her and always enjoy her little history lessons about the quilt that she is working on. I've watched many others on TV, but Eleanor is the reason I'm quilting now. My mother developed macular degeneration and had to stop sewing about the time I decided to get serious about it, so I guess you could say that Eleanor picked up where she left off.
One of these days I would love to meet Eleanor to thank her for inspiring me to quilt and teaching me so much. She is a joy to watch.
Thanks Eleanor!!

What an absolutely delightful twist, Terry! This takes the sharing and giving to another level of purpose and intent and can only increase the connection and communication between all of us! Wonderful suggestion!

This is a great idea, Terry! Too bad I don't have a blog... or the time to keep one up! :) I hope this is a great success.

Interesting pattern! It does look like it's quick and easy. We'll see if I have time to make one of them... :)

I agree with Sue about "too many quilts, not enough time"! Here's what I've got going at the moment:

* Quilt and bind commissioned wallhanging
* Assemble, quilt, and bind comfort quilt for SREGORA
* Make another commissioned quilt
* Quilt up 2 client quilts
* Make 2 rows for my RRRR project
* Make 2 small quilts for my girls
* Assemble, quilt, and bind comfort quilt for PEGGYG6

I think that's it for now. :)

Thanks for the info about Eleanor Burns. I haven't made anything of hers yet but have heard many great things. Maybe this is the push I need to try something of hers. :)
